Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order amendments or cancellations are no longer possible once your order is dispatched.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. Yoga mats, props and all equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper for returns to be accepted. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return. Any rejected returns cannot be reshipped and will be destroyed upon receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the originating bank account or original card used for purchase. Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days to clear after receipt of the returned items.
For returns via shipping we are unable to refund initial shipping costs as well as return shipping costs.
The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back to us as we will not accept responsibility for any returns that do not actually arrive back to us.
If Simply Green is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.
